Rationale

Why EUNOIA?

The Module responds to the need for deeper interdisciplinary understanding of how the EU builds coherent governance amid geopolitical instability, hybrid threats, economic fragmentation, democratic pressures and disinformation. Rather than treating policy fields in isolation, EUNOIA shows how EU instruments interact to support resilience and sustainable governance.
